Will Medicare cover these products?
No. Due to frequent changes in Medicare requirements and restrictions, Beverly's Daughter cannot directly bill Medicare for our home health products. However, you may be able to seek reimbursement from Medicare using you Beverly's Daughter purchase receipt. You may also need a letter from your physician confirming medical necessity.
Will you bill my insurance?
No. However you may be able to use your Beverly's Daughter purchase receipt to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
How quickly do you ship items?
Most small items ship with 24-48 hours with some larger items taking 5-10 days. Some products, especially those shipping from Canada, may take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Do you ship items in discreet packaging?
Most of our products ship directly in the original manufacturer's packaging, many of which use discreet packaging. However, the boxes may include the company or brand name and product details on the box. Others may be in unmarked boxes.

You may return products for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. Please note: Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are returning a product that offered free shipping, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
